Shipping of merchandise
The shipment will be made once the deposit or bank transfer is reflected in our account.
·Spain peninsular FREE shipping.
·Balearic Islands: for Orders over 300€ shipping is FREE.
·Canary Islands: for Orders over 1000€ shipping is FREE.
Our delivery time is 24/96 hours from Monday to Friday on Spain. At Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Europe these deadlines should be consulted by email at email@example.com

In the event that any of the products has a factory defect and is under the 2-year warranty, with the exception of the 6-month batteries, the customer will have the right to replace it. To do this you must notify us by email to the addresses of firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Once informed, for your next order it will be replenished or paid and we will collect the defective product without charge.
·General: 2 years.
·Batteries: 6 months.
To manage the guarantee it is necessary to present a purchase invoice, packaging in perfect condition and other content where appropriate. The warranty only covers defects at the origin of the product, in no case breakdowns due to misuse or accident.
To be able to execute the guarantee of a product the customer must:
·Contact the store where you bought the item.
·Once the product is received, the establishment will contact us to communicate the incident. In the event that the technical inspection of the article determines that the fault has been caused by misuse or accident, our technical department will inform the client of the possible solutions that are within our reach and the cost of them. In case of failure to accept the fault due to misuse or accident, the customer must bear the costs of handling and shipping the product.
