Frequent questions


1.- Prices with VAT or without VAT?

Our website is aimed at professionals, the prices shown on our products are prices with VAT. In the purchase process is where the tax base and the corresponding taxes will be indicated.

2.- Do you sell only to professionals?

We are a wholesale provider of mobile phone, tablet and computer accessories. Our products are aimed exclusively at professionals. We only sell to wholesalers and retailers, not end customers. Our prices are only and exclusively available to wholesalers, stores, companies and autonomous professionals registered as customers on our website.

3.- Deadlines

We make our shipments once we see the deposit or bank transfer reflected in our account. Orders can be sent to the carrier on the same day as long as we receive the payment notification before 2:00 p.m. These are the delivery times:

·Peninsular Spain: Delivery time 24/96 hours from Monday to Friday.

·Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Europe: Check deadlines by email at info@temco.es or pedidos@temco.es.

4.- Shipping costs

In Temco we seek the highest satisfaction of our customers, so we offer a minimum order of only 50€ with free shipping to mainland Spain. These are the shipping conditions:

·Peninsular Spain: Gastos de envío gratuitos.

·Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over 300€, for orders below shipping costs are 30€.

·Canary Islands: Free shipping on orders over 1.000€, for orders below shipping costs are 90€.

·Shipments to Europe and other destinations: Consult expenses by email at info@temco.es or pedidos@temco.es.

We remind you of the legal right of the recipient, (article 366-Commercial Code), to verify the merchandise at the time of delivery and, in case of visible defects, never sign the merchandise as compliant, if not indicate it on the delivery note of delivery of the carrier and, in the case of hidden damage inside the package, make the claim within 48 hours after receipt, claims made afterwards are not valid. The claim must be made by email to the address info@temco.es or pedidos@temco.es.

5.- Returns, refunds and warranty

In the event that any of the products has a factory defect and is under the 2-year warranty, with the exception of the 6-month batteries, the customer will have the right to replace it. To do this you must notify us by email to the addresses of info@temco.es or pedidos@temco.es. Once informed, for your next order it will be replenished or paid and we will collect the defective product without charge.

6.- Update identification data

To avoid malicious use you must notify us by email at the address at info@temco.es. Once informed, we will respond as soon as possible.
